IPU students were stuck piecing together notes and resources from scattered WhatsApp groups, random Google Drive links, and word-of-mouth. IPUNotes.app set out to be the one place that actually organizes everything by what students search for first: branch, semester, and subject.

Project execution
Built on Supabase for the backend and Cloudinary for file delivery, IPUNotes.app launched with a simple thesis: students don\'t need another flashy app, they need the right PDF at 11pm the night before an exam. The platform was designed around speed and findability over anything else.
There was no marketing budget and no paid acquisition — the entire growth strategy was making the product good enough that students would share it with each other. That\'s exactly what happened.
